Objective To explore the internet addiction tendency in adolescents and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 2027 adolescents were investigated by internet addiction questionnaire, combined with social demographic data(gender,age,the one-child situation),family information(parents' educational level,parents' occupation,household income, ect),self-efficacy,peer relationship and the level of literacy to analyzed influencing factors of internet addiction in adolescents.Results The detection rate of internet addiction tendency in adolescents was 11.6%.ANOVA analysis showed that the detection rates of internet addiction tendency were different among sexes,parents' educational level,family function,parental rearing style,self-efficacy,peer relationship and health literacy(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that gender,parents' educational level,family function, parental rearing style,peer relationship and health literacy were the influencing factors of adolescents' internet addiction tendency.Conclusion There are several factors affect adolescents' internet addiction tendency, we should take appropriate intervention measures to prevent the happening of adolescents' internet addiction tendency.%①目的 探讨青少年网络成瘾倾向的现状及其影响因素.②方法 应用网络成瘾问卷对2 027名青少年进行调查,结合青少年的一般资料(性别、年龄、独生子女情况)、家庭资料(父母文化程度、父母职业、家庭收入、家庭功能、父母教养方式)、自我效能、同伴关系及健康素养水平来分析青少年网络成瘾倾向的影响因素.③结果 青少年网络成瘾倾向的检出率为11.6%.单因素χ2检验显示,不同性别、父母文化程度、家庭功能、父母教养方式、自我效能、同伴关系、健康素养的青少年网络成瘾倾向的检出率不同(P<0.05);二元logistic回归分析显示,性别、父母文化程度、家庭功能、父母教养方式、同伴关系、健康素养为青少年网络成瘾倾向的影响因素.④结论 影响青少年网络成瘾倾向的因素较多,应针对青少年的网络使用情况从多个方面采取恰当的干预方式,预防青少年网络成瘾倾向的发生.
