This article analyzes the adaptability of migrant workers' economic ability,social interaction and psychological identification,the use of questionnaire method,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and factor analysis method of the agricultural trade market worker's urban adaptability in Linfen City. Research shows that the higher their monthly income,the stronger the urban adaptability.Although they have entered the urban physical space,the essence is still the farmer,and the city identity is not fully realized.They are unsuited to urban life for always excluding self-definition from urban people,and not to be a member of Linfen City.%通过对临汾市的主要农贸市场进行问卷调查,采取皮尔森相关系数分析和因子分析方法,从经济层面、社会层面和归属感层面对农贸市场从业人员的城市适应性进行分析.结果表明,农贸市场从业人员每月收入越高,其城市适应性表现得越强;他们已进入城市物理空间,但本质依然是农民,对城市的认同感未完全实现;他们对生活现状的满意程度偏低,始终将自己排除在城市人之外,在未来的生活规划中也未将自己当作城市的一员,对城市生活表现得很不适应.
