商品甲醛去除剂除醛性能研究

     

摘要

房屋装修后造成室内空气中甲醛超标,危害人体健康。为了解市售甲醛去除剂的效果,选择光触媒和生物酶2类4种室内甲醛去除剂研究商品甲醛去除剂的除醛性能。在自行搭建的实验装置上测试对比了喷在泡沫棉载体上的去除剂液体以及干燥后的样品的除醛效果,测试了甲醛去除过程中二氧化碳的生成,初步探讨了甲醛去除剂的除醛机制。研究结果表明,喷在泡沫棉上的喷剂显示出良好的甲醛去除效果(83%~92%),而干燥后的样品对甲醛的去除性能大幅下降,喷剂未能有效地将甲醛转化为二氧化碳,去除剂对甲醛的去除以组分水对甲醛的物理吸收为主。%Housing decoration can cause formaldehyde pollution in indoor air,which endangers human health. In order to acquire the effect of commercially available formaldehyde removers, four photocatalytic and enzyme formaldehyde removers are chosen to investigate the performance of commercial removers for formaldehyde in this paper. The removal effect of formaldehyde for the liquid and dry remover samples sprayed on the polyester supporter are tested and compared on the self-built experimental device.The production of carbon dioxide in the process of the formaldehyde removal is also tested. Furthermore,the mechanism of removing formaldehyde for the selected commercial removers is explored. The results showed that the liquid remover samples sprayed on the supporter exhibite good removal effect for formaldehyde(83%~92%),while the performance of the formaldehyde removal for the dry remover samples on the supporter reduce significantly.And the formaldehyde is not found to convert into carbon dioxide.The physical adsorption of the formaldehyde in water plays a critical role in the removal of the formaldehyde.
