拉萨河中上游春季原生动物群落特征

     

摘要

To study community diversity of protozoan in middle and upper reaches of the Lhasa River, 32 water samples are collected from 8 sampling sites by using 25# standard plankton net in May 2015 and 2016,respectively.The methods of microscopic observation in vivo and fixed-staining are applied for protozoan species identification,and the number of the protozoan species is counted by direct counting method.A total of 76 species of protozoan is identified in this study,which belongs to 2 phylas,5 classes,15 orders,34 families and 41 generas.The number species that belongs to Ciliophora is accounted for 65.59% of the total sampled specimen,while 34.21% belongs to Sarcomastigophora.The mean Shannon-Wiener diversity index is relatively high(2.12),and the dominant index is not apparent,indicating that species of protozoan in the river are well distributed and the structure of the community is stable in the study area.The result of correlation analysis between the protozoan community parameter and major environmental factors suggested that there is no significant correlation between them.%为了研究拉萨河中上游原生动物群落多样性,2015年5月和2016年5月,分别在拉萨河中上游设置了8个站点,采用25号浮游生物网分两批采集了32个水样.在室内采用活体镜检和固定染色相结合的方法鉴定物种,直接计数法统计数量.共鉴定到原生动物76种,隶属于2门5纲15目34科41属,其中纤毛门物种占总物种的65.59%,鞭毛门占34.21%.多样性指数平均为2.12,优势度指数不明显,表明拉萨河中上游原生动物物种分布相对均匀,群落结构稳定.通过原生动物群落参数指标和水体主要理化因子作二元变量相关性分析,结果显示原生动物群落特征参数指标与水体理化因子之间无显著相关性.
