以北京前门地区为例,通过研究社区微观街巷环境对居民步行出行的影响,构建了客观环境评价和主观环境感知指标体系,同时控制居民的社会经济属性指标,采用二元logit回归和线性回归模型,对影响居民步行行为的相关因素进行了分析.结果表明,客观物质环境、主观环境感知和个体特征均能影响居民的步行行为.该结论印证了现有研究关于物质环境能够影响步行行为的结论,为该领域研究提供了新的方法和思路.%Taking Qianmen area in Beijing as an example,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation system on street environment of the communities and its impacts on residents' walking behavior.Regression models are designed to estimate these impacts on residents' walking choice,walking frequency and walking time.The study shows that physical environment,subjective perception and personal characteristics all affect residents' walking behavior.The findings in the paper would improve our existing knowledge of walking space and give suggestions on how to build a pedestrian-friendly community.
