蒙砂玻璃的研制与吸光效应的表征

     

摘要

对蒙砂玻璃研制的工艺技术做了研究,确立了蒙砂玻璃蚀刻液的组成和配比为NH4 F∶(NH4)2 SO4∶MgNH4 PO4∶H2SO4∶H2O=7.1∶1.2∶0.4∶4.5∶9.9,选择了玻璃蒙砂的优化工艺为:30℃水浴下加热,pH=2.0,蒙砂时间5 min .对所研制的蒙砂玻璃进行了SEM和EDS测试,在最大吸收波长为580 nm时,对吸光效应做了表征.结果表明,应用此技术研制的蒙砂玻璃,其吸光效应良好,透光率适宜,蒙砂均匀,表面光洁度高,为蒙砂玻璃的工业化加工提供了环保型可持续化生产途径.%T he composition and ratio of etching solution of agent glass are established through studying on the process technology of agent glass .The optimal performences are NH4F∶(NH4 )2SO4∶MgNH4PO4∶H2 SO4∶H2 O= 7.1∶1.2∶0.4∶4.5∶9.9 under temperature 30 ℃ water bath , pH= 2.0 and 5 min . The structure of agent glass is characterized by SEM and EDS . T he absorption effect of the agent glass is tested at 580 nm . The results show that the absorption effect is good , light transmittance is appropriate and frosting evenly , and high surfaceis are finished by application of this technology for developing the agent glass . It provides environment friendly sustainable production way for the industrialization of agent glass .
