对乙醇放电的大气压等离子体射流进行了研究.用发射光谱(OES)法观察了等离子体光谱中的 C,CN,CH 和 C2基团.在 Ar 与乙醇混合物等离子体的光谱中,分别在473.7,516.4和563.5 nm 处出现了3个明显的 C2分子谱线;在388.3 nm 出现了 CN 自由基分子谱线.掺入氮气后在422 nm 处出现了新的 CN 谱线,C2谱线则只出现在516.4 nm 处,473.7和563.5 nm 处的 C2谱线明显消失.当乙醇含量不变时,随着氮气流量的增加,可以显著地提高 CN基团的谱线强度,同时有效地抑制 C2基团的谱线强度.%In this work, the atmospheric pressure plasma jets spectra of Ar/CH 3 CH 2 OH and Ar/N2/CH 3 CH 2 OH are investigated.The spectral lines of C,CN,CH and C2 bands are observed in the plasma spectra via optical emission spectroscopy(OES).In the plasma spectrum of the mixture of Ar and ethanol, the molecular spectral lines of C2 at 473.7,5 1 6.4 and 563.5 nm are assigned,and the spectral line at 388.3 nm is characterized to be CN radical.After doping N2 ,the new CN spectral line appears at 422 nm. The spectral line of C2 is only found at 5 1 6.4 nm,and the spectral lines at 473.7 and 563.5 nm disappear. When the content of ethanol keeps constant,with increasing of the nitrogen flow rate,the intensity of CN spectral line increases observably,while the spectral line intensity of C2 is suppressed effectively.
