基于元结构的整体叶盘高效强力复合铣床立柱优化设计

         

摘要

针对整体叶盘高效强力复合铣床的关键零部件刚性,运用有限元分析方法,分析其盘铣立柱的动、静态特性。提取立柱的3种典型元结构,结合盘铣切削条件,运用变量分析技术,并以元结构的出砂孔形状、尺寸、孔数和筋板作为优化对象,以固有频率和刚度为优化目标,以整体质量为约束条件,提高立柱的刚度质量比。根据获得的3种最优元结构对立柱重构建模,优化后的立柱结构方案与原方案相比,质量减轻(11�2%),固有频率(一阶固有频率增加28�4%)和刚度(整体变形减小38�5%)明显提高。%We use the finite element method to analyze the dynamic and static characteristics of the disc milling column of an efficient and powerful compound milling machine tool. We extract its three typical cell structures, take into account the disc milling conditions and use the multivariate analysis technique to optimize the shape, size, rib plate and number of the clearance holes of a cell structure The optimization objective is to enhance the disc milling column’ s natural frequency and stiffness. We use integral mass as the constraint condition to increase its stiffness⁃to⁃mass ratio. We then use the three optimal cell structures thus obtained to reconstruct and model the disc milling column. The results on comparing the optimized disc milling column with the non⁃optimized one show preliminarily that the integral mass of the optimized disc milling column is lower by 11�2%;its first⁃order natural frequency in⁃crease by 28�4%;its stiffness is enhanced ( the overall deformation diminishes by 38�5%) .
