聚邻乙氧基苯胺的化学氧化法合成及表征

         

摘要

采用化学氧化法、以盐酸为掺杂剂,合成了一种国内目前尚未深入研究的新型导电高聚物——聚苯胺衍生物聚邻乙氧基苯胺(POEA).采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、固体核磁共振波谱(13C-NMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、四探针法、矢量网络分析仪(VNA)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)等分析测试手段对POEA的晶相、微观结构、表面形貌、分子量及其分布、氧化还原程度、电导率、热稳定性等进行了分析与表征.结果表明:所合成的POEA为无定形结构,具有聚苯胺所没有的C-O-C醚键吸收峰,呈片状微观结构,分子量分布从104~ 106,氧化指数1-x约为0.5,电导率约为2.7×10-4 S/cm,在较低频率范围内(2~ 10 GHz)介电损耗较大,在200℃左右会发生交联异构反应,热分解温度可达300℃以上.%POEA is a new type of conductive polymer. To our knowledge, Chinese reseachers have not yet carried out a deep research on this issue. In this paper, we synthesized POEA by chemical oxidation, using hydrochloric acid as dopant. The crystalline phase, microstructure, surface appearance, molecular weight and its distribution, oxidation-reduction degree, conductivity and thermostability of POEA were characterized. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) spectrogram suggested that POEA was amorphous. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy showed that there were C-O-C ether bonds in POEA, which polyaniline does not have. Solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR) spectrogram indicated that the spectrogram of product was approximately identical with the spectrogram of theoretical structure. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photo revealed that POEA was sheeted. Gel permeation chromatography ( GPC) results demonstrated that molecular weight distribution was 104 ~ 106. Ultraviolet-Visible ( UV-Vis) spectroscopy results illustrated that oxidation index 1 -x was about 0. 5. The conductivity was about 2. 7 x 10~4S/cm as measured by four-probe method. The dielectric losses were higher in lower frequency range (2 ~ 10 GHz) as measured by vector network analyzer ( VNA). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results made clear that the cross-linking heterogeneous reaction might happen at about 2001. Thermogravimetric a-nalysis (TGA) results indicated that the thermal decomposition temperature could achieve more than 3001.
