基于VMap的装配路径规划研究与实现

         

摘要

装配路径规划是面向装配的设计DFA(design for assembly)的一项关键技术,为DFA中其它 模块 提供有效的支持,为实施并行工程提供有效的DFA支持工具。本文提出一种基于VMap(可视图 )法的装配路径求解方法。通过对配合特征和装配约束的分析以及静、动态干涉检查,判断 并生成合理的装配路径。最后给出某机型垂尾装配实例,检验了该算法的合理性及可用性。%Unsatisfactory assembly procedure has adversely affected quality and efficiency of aircraft production in China. We propose an assembly-path-planning algorithm based on Vmap in order to make aircraft asembly better and more efficient. The algorithm contains three functional modules: disassembly direction calculation, disassembly quantity calculation, and interference check. It, unlike traditional Vmap method, takes into consideration both assembly mating features and assembly constraints, thus greatly reducing the need for computer time and resources . It analyzes mating features and assembly constraints, makes static and dynamic interference cheking and generates a rational assembly path automatically. For examining the algorithm, we used a fin-assembly, which had 3 000 parts, as an example. Using our algorithm to assemble the above-mentioned fin encountered far fewer problems than previously.
