Objective To evaluate the application value of post hepatectomy nursing care with "50-50 criteria" and PHLF grading for hepatocellular carcinoma patients.Methyds 67 patients with hepatectomies from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected.33 cases underwent new nursing care (as research group),34 cases underwent traditional nursing care(as control group).The nursing service effects were observed and analyzed.Results The general situation,the situation during operation and postoperative complications were no difference between the two groups.PHLF B/C diagnostic time for observation group and control group was(5.3-±-1.6)d and(6.0±0.8)d after respectively after operation.There was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The average length of stay in the observation group was(18.4 ± 9.2) d,and the control group was (22.6 ± 6.6) d,there was significant difference for the two group (P ＜0.05).The average hospitalization cost of the observation group was(32 200±4 000) Yuan and the control group was (35 310±3 270)Yuan.there was significant difference for the two group (P ＜0.01).Conclusion For hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing hepatectomy,the combined application of 50-50 standard and ISGLS grading in nursing care is helpful to develop scientific nursing measures and improve the efficiency and quality of nursing care.This is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 评价50-50标准联合肝功能衰竭(PHLF)分级在肝癌肝切除术后护理中的应用价值.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年12月间67例肝癌肝切除患者,观察组(33例)术后采用50-50标准联合PHLF分级的新护理措施,对照组(34例)术后采用传统经验性护理措施,观察护理工作效果.结果 两组术前一般资料、术中情况无差异,术后并发症发生情况无差异.观察组与对照组PHLF B/C级诊断时限分别为术后(5.3±1.6)d与(6.0±0.8)d,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后平均住院日观察组为(18.4±9.2)d,对照组为(22.6±6.6)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后平均住院费用观察组为(32 200±4 000)元,对照组为(35 310±3 270)元,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 肝癌肝切除患者术后护理中联合应用50-50标准与PHLF分级,有助于科学制定专科护理措施,提高专科护理效率和护理质量.
