Objective To establish a set of more scientific, objective and comprehensive nursing quality evaluation index system of hypertension preliminarily.Methods The indexes were selected and index weight was determined, and the evaluation index system was established using the literature retrieval, expert discussion, AHP method and Delphi expert correspondence method on the basis of the theory of 3d mass structure.Results Two rounds of enquiry, questionnaire recovery rate were 95.65% and 100% respectively, authoritative coefficients are 0.856 and 0.870 respectively, coordination coefficient of 0.42 and 0.35 respectively by chi-square test, P<0.01, with statistical significance.The index 3 items including primary (structure quality index, process quality index, the quality index), 22 secondary indexes, and 77 measures of three-level nursing quality evaluation index system of high blood pressure.Conclusions Hypertension nursing quality evaluation index system was scientific and reliable highly,which provides a basis for the evaluate the quality of care for hypertension.%目的 初步建立一套较为科学、客观、全面的住院高血压病患者护理质量评价指标体系.方法 在三维质量结构理论的基础上,采用文献检索、专家讨论和Delphi专家函询法,筛选指标并确定指标权重,建立高血压护理质量评价指标体系.结果 两轮函询中,问卷回收率分别为95.65%和100%,权威系数分别为0.856和0.870,协调系数分别为0.42和0.35,经卡方检验,P<0.01,具有统计学意义.构建了一套包括一级指标3项(结构质量指标、过程质量指标、结果质量指标)、二级指标22项和三级指标77项的高血压护理质量评价指标体系.结论 该高血压护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,为高血压护理质量评价提供了依据.
