目的 探讨营养跟踪评估记录单在鼻咽癌放化疗患者营养支持中的应用及效果.方法 选取200鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例.对照组给予常规饮食护理,观察组采用营养跟踪评估记录单指导营养支持.比较两组患者体质量变化、白蛋白(albumin,Alb)、总蛋白(total protein,TP)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)及治疗中断情况.结果 治疗前及治疗后1～3周,两组患者体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后4～6周,观察组体质量显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组Alb、TP及Hb显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组治疗中断情况较对照组显著改善,且总治疗时间显著短于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 依据营养跟踪评估记录单指导鼻咽癌放化疗营养支持,可显著改善患者营养状况,提高患者放化疗耐受性.%Objective To evaluate the application and effect of nutrition track assessment record scale on nutrition support for nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy.Methods 200 nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given to routine diet nursing,and the observation group was given to nutritional support base on nutrition track assessment record scale.The body weight,albumin(Alb),total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb)and treatment interruption were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment and after treatment 1～3 week,the body weight of two groups were no statistically different(P＞0.05).After treatment 4～6 week,,the body weight of observation group significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Alb,TP and Hb of observation group significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the treatment interruption of observation group significantly improved,and the total treatment time of observation group significantly shorten(P＜0.05).Conclusion Using nutrition track assessment record scale to nutrition support,can significantly improve the nutritive condition for nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy,and enhance the chemoradiotherapy tolerance.
