Objective To observe the effect of the medical sodium hyaluronate assisted conjunctival sac disinfec-tion in the vitreous cavity,and to investigate the best method for disinfection of conj unctival sac.Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,100 cases patients were treated with vitreous injection of Lucentis in our department,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The conj unctival sac disinfection method for control group:1 to 2 drops of the 5% povidone-iodine was placed into the conjunctival sac and placed for 90 seconds, and then it is washed with 0.9% physiological saline.The conjunctival sac disinfection method was used in observa-tion group:First,using medical sodium hyaluronate to cover the cornea,1 to 2 drops of the 5% povidone-iodine is placed into the conjunctival sac and placed for 90 seconds,and then they are washed with 0.9% physiological saline. The conj unctival sac secretion,incidence of conj unctival congestion,corneal inj ury and endophthalmitis,the patient's pain and foreign body sensation,such as subj ective discomfort was measured and statistical analyzed.between the two groups.Results The conjunctival sac secretion and incidence of endophthalmitis was not fund.for the two groups.The incidence of conjunctival congestion for observation group was 4%,58% for control group.There was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2 =34.06,P<0.005);the incidence of corneal injury for observation group was 2%,24% for control group.There was was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2 =10.68,P<0.005);the incidence of subjective discomfort for observation group was 6%,and 48% for control group(χ2 =22.36,P<0.005).Conclusion In the vitreous cavity injection,the corneal is covered with medical sodium hyalur-onate,and then 5% povidone-iodine is disinfected conjunctival sac which can effectively protect the cornea,reduce the stimulation of the cornea of the cornea,and achieve disinfection effect.Therefore,in the vitreous cavity inj ection,the medical sodium hyaluronate assisted conj unctival sac disinfection method is worthy of popularization and application.%目的 观察医用透明质酸钠辅助结膜囊消毒在玻璃体腔注药中效果,探讨玻璃体腔注药结膜囊消毒的最佳方法.方法 选取2014年3月-2015年3月在我科行玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗的患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各5例.对照组:将5%聚维酮碘1~2滴滴入结膜囊,放置90 s,然后用生理盐水冲净聚维酮碘.观察组:先用医用透明质酸钠覆盖角膜,再用5%聚维酮碘1~2滴滴入结膜囊,放置90 s,然后用生理盐水冲净聚维酮碘和医用透明质酸钠.观察两组结膜囊内有无分泌物、结膜充血发生率、角膜损伤发生率、眼内炎发生率及患者有无疼痛异物感等主观感觉不适,患者并进行统计学分析.结果 两组患者结膜囊内均未见分泌物、也无眼内炎发生;结膜充血发生率:观察组4%,对照组58%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.06,P<0.005);角膜损伤发生率:观察组2%,对照组24%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.68,P<0.005);两组主观感觉不适发生率:观察组6%,对照组48%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.36,P<0.005).结论 玻璃体腔注药术前先用医用透明质酸钠覆盖角膜,再用5%聚维酮碘消毒结膜囊,能有效保护角膜,减轻聚维酮碘对角膜的刺激,并能达到消毒效果.因此,在玻璃体腔注药时,医用透明质酸钠辅助结膜囊消毒的方法值得推广.
