目的：了解机构养老高龄老年人生存质量现状，并探讨影响其生存质量的因素。方法采用方便抽样及S F‐12生存质量量表对福州市机构养老高龄老年人151例进行问卷调查。结果机构养老高龄老年人生存质量生理健康（PCS）得分为（44．74±24．08）分，心理健康（MCS）得分为（50．83±18．65）分。影响老年人生存质量生理健康和心理健康的因素为健康状况自评和文化程度。结论机构养老高龄老年人生存质量偏低，可通过加强老年人的健康管理，提高其生存质量。%Objective To study the quality of life and explore its'influential factors among the elderly people living in pension institution .Method A descriptive survey designed with non‐probability sampling methods for 141 elderly people living in pension institution was conducted in Fuzhou using the SF‐12 .Result Mean scores for the total sample were(44 .74 ± 24 .08) for the physical component summary score(PCS) and (50 .83 ± 18 .65) for the mental com‐ponent summary score (MCS) .Self‐rated health and education level have significant affection on the quality of life of the aged .Conclusion The quality of life for the elderly who lived in pension institute was lower .The health manage‐ment should be enhanced for improving their quality of life .
