目的：了解肝癌患者的希望水平、焦虑抑郁水平及应对方式的现状，并探讨它们之间的相关性。方法采用Herth希望量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及医学应对方式调查表及自制一般调查表，对178例肝癌患者进行问卷调查。结果肝癌患者希望总分为（30．15±6．76）分，希望水平为中等，相关性分析结果显示肝癌患者希望水平与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关，与面对应对方式呈正相关，与逃避、屈服应对方式呈负相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示焦虑、抑郁、家庭人均月收入及应对方式可解释肝癌患者希望水平的41．9％。结论肝癌患者的希望水平不高。焦虑抑郁及应对方式是肝癌患者希望水平的重要预测因素，因此，护士应鼓励患者采取积极的应对方式，减轻焦虑抑郁，提高患者的希望水平。%Objective To study the level of hope ,anxiety ,depression and coping style of liver cancer patients , and to study the relationship among the variables .Method 178 participants was surveyed by self-made demographic questionnaire ,Herth hope Index ,Self-rating anxiety scale ,self-rating depression scale and medical coping modes questionnaire .Descriptive correlation ,statistics and regression analysis were used to evaluate data .Result The total score of hope for patients with liver cancer was middle level of (30 .15 ± 6 .76) .The total score of hope was positively correlated with facing to the reality ,coping style ,and negatively correlated with escaping .Correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation among the level of hope ,anxiety and depression ,and a significantly positive correlation between the level of hope and facing the reality of coping style .Conclusion The liver cancer patients expe-rienced low level of hope ,which might significantly affect their coping style ,anxiety and depression status .There-fore ,clinical nurses are supposed to pay high attention to these patients and to help them with positive coping style .
