Objective To study the effect on quality of life by comprehensive nursing intervention for rectum cancer patients with artificial anal, Method 50 patients with rectum cancer from May 2009 to May 2012 in our hospital was randomly divided into experimental group (25 cases ) and control groups (25 cases). Routine nursing after surgery based on patients' disease condition was conducted. The patients in experimental group was given comprehensive nursing beside routine nursing, the patients in control group was given routine supportive nursing. Result The patients' satisfaction of nursing, post-operative complication and change in psychology status and patients' quality of life in experimental group was batter than that of control group. Conclusion The quality of life for rectum cancer patients with artificial anal was effectively improved by comprehensive nursing.%目的 探讨综合护理干预对直肠癌术后人工肛门患者生活质量的影响.方法 将我院2009年5月～2012年5月收治50例直肠癌患者进行随机分为实验组(25例)和对照组(25例),两组患者均按病情进行相应的外科手术、常规护理,实验组在此基础上进行全面综合护理干预,而对照组进行常规化的支持性护理干预.结果 试验组患者护理满意度、术后并发症、心理状态改变程度、患者生活质量方面都有明显优于对照组.差异有显著意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预能后,能有效地提高直肠癌术后人工肛门患者的生活质量.
