两种不同健康教育方法对全髋关节置换术后功能恢复影响的对比研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨图文式健康教育和传统的健康教育方法 对全髋关节置换患者术后功能恢复的影响.方法 将80例患者和陪护人员分为实验组和对照组.陪护人员与患者一对一陪护.实验组用图文式健康教育方法,对照组用传统的口头健康教育方法.出院后3个月,应用Harris功能评分标准比较两组间患者术后的髋关节功能康复差异.结果 实验组患髋功能恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 实施图文式健康教育是全髋关节置换患者术后功能恢复达到最佳状态的有力保障.%Objective To study the difference of function recovery for patients after total hip replacement by graphic style health education methods and routine health education, and to provide better health education method for patients with total hip replacement.Method 80 patients and accompanying persons were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was educated by the graphic method while the control group educated by the traditional methods verbally.3 months after discharge, the standard Harris functional scores were measured the results of the functional recovery after replacement between the two group.Result The experimental group surpass the control group in the functional recovery (P<0.01).Conclusion The graphic style of health education is a strong guarantee to the best functional recovery for patients after total hip arthroplasty.
