Objective To investigate the influence on disease control using nutrition guidance method for children with nephrotic syndrome. Method By carrying out pertinent nutrition guidance to children with nephrotic syndrome and their parents among 40 cases, questionnaire surveys before the nutrition guidance, one month and 6 months after the nutrition guidance was conducted. The nutritious knowledge of the parents and children with nephrotic syndrome children was surveyed, and disease recurrence before and after the nutrition guidance was surveyed and compared. Result The parents and children's nutrition knowledge of nephrotic syndrome is improved remarkably (P< 0. 001), and the recurrence of disease was significantly reduced (P<0. 05) after nutrition guidance. Conclusion The nutrition guidance can promote the parents' and children's nutritious knowledge level on nephrotic syndrome. The disease recurrence can be reduced significantly.%目的 探讨营养指导对儿童肾病综合征疾病控制效果的影响.方法 对40例儿童肾病综合征患儿(家长)开展针对性的营养指导,并用自行设计的问卷,调查营养指导前与指导1个月及半年后肾病饮食营养认知水平的变化,观察营养指导前后疾病复发情况.结果 患儿(家长)经营养指导后,肾病饮食营养的认知水平较指导前有明显提高(P＜0.001),营养指导后的疾病复发率较指导前明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 营养指导可以提高肾病患儿(家长)对肾病饮食营养的认知水平,能有效地促进疾病康复及减少肾病的复发.
