高职护理学生职业决策自我效能辅导模式的研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨团体辅导与个别辅导相结合的干预模式对高职护理学生的职业决策自我效能的影响.方法 将42名被试者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组28人,对照组30人,实验组接受团体辅导和个别辅导,对照组不接受辅导.采用自制大学生职业决策自我效能量表、自编团体活动反馈表对辅导效果进行评估.结果 实验组被试在干预后的职业决策自我效能量表总分与自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制订规划、问题解决五个维度的得分与对照组相比,差异均有显著(P<0.05)或极显著意义(P<0.01).同时,他们对团体活动过程、团体气氛及活动内容评价较高.结论 团体辅导与个别辅导相结合的干预模式,能有效地提高高职护理学生的职业决策自我效能.%Objective To examine the effects of career group counseling combined individual on the higher vocational nursing students' career decision-making self-efficacy. Method A total of 42 students were selected in the experiment, The students were randomly assigned to experimental group(n=20) and no-treatment control group (rj= 22). The experimental group received group-counseling and individual counseling. The career decision-making self-efficacy scale, and self-designed feedback inventory were used to assess the effects of the intervention of group counseling combined individual counseling before and after the intervention. Result The experimental group' s total scores, as well as the scores of the 5 dimensions-self-evaluation, information collection, planning and problem solution of the self-efficacy of career decision test have been elevated (P<0. 05) or extremely elevated (P<0. 01). The members of the experimental group rated comparatively higher in the effectiveness and acceptability of the group actives. The study also indicated that students are satisfied with group process group atmosphere and group activity. Conclusion The intervention of the group counseling combined individual counseling emerges being effective in enhancing the self-efficacy of career decision of college students.
