目的 构建适用于本科护生带教老师的核心能力体系,为本科护生带教老师专项培训提供目标依据及考评借鉴.方法 通过文献研究、理论分析及小组讨论初步拟定体系内容,采用德尔菲法对19名从事护理教育、护理管理及临床护理的专家进行3论咨询.结果 最终拟定的核心能力体系包括4项一级指标:教学能力、专业能力、管理能力、问题解决能力,12项二级指标及42项三级指标,并明确了每一项一级指标、二级指标的内涵.结论 本科护生临床带教老师核心能力体系具有一定的理论基础和明确的指标内涵,专家积极性较高、权威程度较高、意见协调一致,咨询结果可靠、有效,体系构建合理,具有适用性.%Objective To develop a core competence system for clinical teachers of nursing undergraduates and to provide reference for the training and assessment of clinical teachers. Methods The initial system was developed after literature review, theoretical analysis and group discussion and 19 experts in nursing education and management and clinical nursing were surveyed by using Delphi method for 3 rounds. Results Core competence system consisted of 4 first-level indicators including teaching competence, professional competence, management competence and problem-solving ability;12 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators and the connotation of first-and second-level indictors were identified. Conclusion With high positive coefficient and authoritative coefficient and a high level of consensus among the experts, the core competence system for clinical teachers of nursing undergraduates is reliable and practical.
