赋能教育对围绝经期失眠症患者的效果观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨赋能教育在围绝经期失眠症患者中的应用效果.方法 选择我院妇科门诊诊治为围绝经期失眠症患者70例,按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各35例.对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用赋能教育,观察比较2组患者干预前和干预12周末焦虑、抑郁评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、围绝经期生存质量得分.结果 干预12周末观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);干预12周末观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍评分及总分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);干预12周末观察组患者血管舒缩状态、心理状态、生理状态3个维度评分及总分明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 赋能教育可有效改善围绝经期患者的负性情绪和睡眠质量,提高其生存质量.%Objective To explore the effect of empowerment education on perimenopausal insomnia patients. Methods Seventy cases of perimenopausal insomnia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group adopted normal health education, and the observation group the empowerment education. Scores of anxiety and depression, Pittsburgh sleep quality index and peri menopause quality of life before and 12 weeks after the intervention of the 2 groups were compared. Results The scores of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0.01) after the 12-week intervention, and the score of vasomotion, mental state and physiological state, the total score and the score of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Empowerment education can effectively improve the negative emotion and sleep quality of perimenopausal patients, and improve their quality of life.
