基于成功能力模型临床带教法在本科实习护生临床能力培养中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of clinical teaching based on the model of ability to success in the training of clinical competence of nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 99 nursing interns were involved in the study. Fifty-one interns from July 2013 to March 2014 were included as control group and 48 from July 2014 to March 2015 as observation group. Self-assessment, theoretical grades and operation skills at the end of internship were evaluated in both groups. Results In observation group, the total score of clinical ability and the scores of each dimension were higher than those of control group (P<0.01); in observation group, students’ theoretical scores and operation skills were higher and better than those in control group and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical teaching based on the model of ability to success can strengthen the comprehensive development of the attitude, knowledge and skills of nursing students and foster the clinical ability of nursing undergraduates so as to meet the needs of nusing science and clinical nursing.%目的:探讨基于成功能力模型临床带教法在本科实习护生临床能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取在我院实习本科护生99名为研究对象,按实习时间段分组,2013年7月—2014年3月实习2009级51名本科护生为对照组,2014年7月—2015年3月实习2010级48名本科护生为观察组。观察比较2组本科实习护生实习结束末临床能力自我评价、出科理论及技能操作成绩。结果观察组临床能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组出科理论成绩及技能操作成绩均分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于成功能力模型临床带教法,加强护生态度、知识、技能的全面培养,提高本科实习护生临床能力,使其更好地适应护理学科及临床护理的需求。
