Objective To understand the body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) of double eyelid surgery recipients, to analyze its influence factors and to provide reference for solving psychological problems and medical disputes. Methods Double eyelid surgery recipients from June 2013 to August 2015 were investigated with questionnaires and then SPSS 20.0 was applied for data analysis. Results Multi-factor analysis indicated that four factors exerting influence on recipients’ BDD including plastic surgery history, negative feedback, cases of plastic surgery around the recipients and the comparison between the recipients’ appearance and others’ (all P<0.05). Conclusion There exists the BDD among plastic surgery-eyelid surgery recipients and its influence factors include plastic surgery history, negative feedback,cases of plastic surgery around the recipients and the comparison between the recipients’ appearance and others’.%目的：了解重睑受术者体象心理状况，并进行影响因素分析，为预防术后出现新的心理问题及医疗纠纷提供参考依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法抽取2013年6月—2015年8月某三级甲等医院整形外科的重睑受术者，采用体象心理状况自评问卷进行调查，应用SPSS 20.0采用Logistic回归分析法进行统计分析。结果既往整形史、不愉快评价、周围整形情况以及与周围人外貌比较的不同结果对重睑受术者的体象心理的影响有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论体象心理状况的异常在重睑受术者群体中的确存在；影响重睑受术者体象心理状况的因素有：既往整形史、不愉快评价、周围整形情况及与周围人外貌的比较。
