This paper summarized the nursing experience of improving sexual life quality of patients after hysterectomy of cervical cancer. Adequate cervical cancer-related knowledge introduced, psychological intervention and guidance for sexual life after the radical hysterectomy benefited patients to received treatment positively. Meanwhile, health education was provided as well for patients’ husband to establish appropriate ideas about the disease and the radical hysterectomy. In the study, there were 30 patients with anxiety after the radical hysterectomy. After six months intervention, only three of them were still with anxiety and most patients were satisfied with their sexual life.% 总结为提高40例宫颈癌根治术后患者性生活质量实施护理干预的经验。介绍宫颈癌疾病相关知识，解除患者的疑虑，使患者以积极的态度接受诊治；掌握患者精神心理状态，适时给予心理干预，认真倾听患者对性问题的看法和疑虑，针对患者出现的性生活问题进行指导，注意帮助患者调整自我；做好配偶的思想工作，纠正宫颈癌患者及配偶的不正确观念，为宫颈根治术后患者提供后勤保障。本组患者术后存在焦虑症状30例，干预6个月时仅3例存在焦虑症状，其中自评性生活舒适者24例，基本舒适者12例，舒适率达90%。
