Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage therapy on hypogalactia of stagnation of liver Qi. Methods A total of 90 patients with postpartum 24 h differentiation of symptoms and signs for hypogalactia of stagnation of liver Qi were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Patients in observation group were treated by the acupuncture point massage while those in control group only by routine nursing. Lactation quantity and mammary gland ducts patency situation 48 h, 72 h and 7 days after treatment were compared in two groups. Results There were obviously more patients of lactation quantity in observation group after treatment 72 h and 7 days, and mammary gland ducts patency situation in observation group was obviously superior to that in control group, which indicated significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of emotional nursing and acupoint massage therapy on hypogalactia of stagnation of liver Qi is distinct, maternity acceptable, which is worthy of promotion.% 目的观察穴位按摩治疗初产妇肝气郁滞型缺乳的效果.方法将90例产后24 h辨证为肝气郁滞型缺乳的初产妇按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各45例，对照组进行常规产后护理及心理指导，观察组在对照组的基础上采用穴位按摩治疗；观察两组治疗后48 h、72 h及7 d泌乳量充足与乳腺管通畅情况.结果观察组治疗后72 h及7 d泌乳量充足例数明显多于对照组，乳腺管通畅情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用穴位按摩治疗初产妇肝气郁滞型缺乳的临床疗效显著，产妇易接受，值得推广.
