护理实习生全程导师制的开展与成效

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of tutorial system for nursing students and to improve nursing clinical teaching quality. Methods In the study, experiment group involved 138 nursing students while control group 113. In control group, traditional teaching model was applied while in experiment group, the tutorial system was implemented. Mutual-evaluations between the tutor and student was conducted monthly. The comparison about nursing students' performance in practice was made. Results Students performed much better in experiment group (P<0.01 or P<0.05) and nursing errors and complaints were less as well (P<0.01 or P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of tutorial system is beneficial to both the improvement of nursing students' comprehensive quality and clinical teaching quality.%目的 探讨开展护理实习生全程导师制的效果,全面提高临床教学质量及确保护理安全.方法 将2009级138名护生设为观察组,2008级113名护生设为对照组.对照组实施传统带教模式,观察组采用全程导师制带教模式,1名带教老师与1名护生构成全程导师教学模式,由导师负责其实习期间的督导及检查工作.护理部使用护生对带教老师评价表及带教老师对护生评价表,每月实施双向评价,并将两组护生全年考核成绩进行比较;统计全院护理不良事件,将2008级与2009级护生发生一般差错、安全隐患及护理投诉情况进行比较.结果 开展护理实习生全程导师制后,护理实习生各项考核成绩显著高于开展前(P<0.01或P<0.05);护理差错及投诉的发生显著低于开展前(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 护理实习生全程导师制的开展,全面提高了护生的综合素质,提高了临床教学质量及减少了护理差错、护理纠纷的发生.
