Objective To explore the impact of standard insulin injection sites on the blood glucose in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes taking Novo nordisk insulin were randomly divided into observation group (n=94) and control group (n=94)).Patients in observation group were injected insulin at fixed site before each meal.Patients who need inject insulin twice per day were injected insulin on abdomen in the morning, and abdomen in the evening; and those who need four times per day were injected on the abdomen in the morning and afternoon, on the arm at noon, and hip in the evening.Patients in control group were injected at random sites. The time when patent's blood glucose was up to standard in both groups was compared. Results Blood glucose of patients in observation group was up to standard more quickly than those did in control group (P=0.00).Conclusion The regulation of insulin injection site is in favor of blood glucose control for type 2 diabetes patients, allowing patients' blood glucose to reach normal level as early as possible.%目的 探讨规范胰岛素注射部位对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响.
