目的 探讨舒康博水凝胶敷料治疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)所导致机械性静脉炎的效果.方法 将70例PICC后机械性静脉炎的患者采用随机数字法分为两组,试验组予舒康博水凝胶敷料外贴,对照组给予多磺酸黏多糖乳膏(喜疗妥)外涂.观察两组患者在治疗后的第2、第5、第7天的治疗效果及疼痛情况.结果 试验组治疗第2天,显效率为94%(33/35),患者主诉局部红、肿、痛明显减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,说明试验组方法起效快;治疗第7天试验组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.治疗第2、第5、第7天试验组局部疼痛程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),说明试验组方法缓解局部疼痛效果明显.结论 舒康博水凝胶敷料治疗PICC所导致机械性静脉炎的效果较好,并能有效减轻局部疼痛.%Objective To observe the effect of externally-applied Shu Kang Bo Hydrogel Paste on PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis. Methods Seventy patients with PICC-induced mechanical phlebitis were divided into experiment group with Shu Kang Bo Hydrogel Paste and control group with Hirudiod. The curative effect and pain were observed in two groups on the 2nd, 5th and the 7th day after treatment. Results The two therapeutic ways were effective; however, the curative effect and healing of experiment group were more obvious than those of control group. Patients pain became apparently less severe in experiment group.Conclusion Shu Kang Bo Hydrogel Paste plays an important role in treating mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC and it is more effective than traditional methods.
