保障性住房信息公示是确保其公平分配的重要途径，也是实现其资源优化利用与社会公平正义的重要内容。本文在分析我国保障性住房信息公示制度的基础上，构建了我国保障性住房信息公示制度评估指标体系，并运用AHP层次分析法和综合评分法对相关指标进行赋值与计算，对济南、成都、西安等十七个省会城市的保障性住房信息公示实施情况进行量化评估。研究发现，我国保障性住房信息公示整体水平较低；城市间保障性住房信息公示实施效果差距较大；在保障对象家庭申请人项目公示方面，各个城市呈现出非均衡性，民众对公示结果质疑较大。%The disclosure of indemnificatory housing information is not only an important way to en-sure the fair distribution ,but also the important content of realizing optimal utilization of resources ,social fairness and justice .Based on analyzing the information disclosure system of indemnificatory housing ,this article constructed the evaluation index system of China's indemnificatory housing information publicity system ,and then assigned and calculated some relevant indexes with the AHP analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive evaluation method .Besides ,this research made a quantitative evaluation of the im-plementation of indemnificatory housing information disclosure of more than 17 provincial capital cities such as Ji'nan ,Chengdu and Xi'an .The research showed that our country's indemnificatory housing infor-mation publicity is insufficient ,that there are great differences between different cities in indemnificatory housing information publicity ,and that especially in the matter of the applicant publicity ,the public ques-tion disclosure information .
