As China is facing the complex and volatile risks of marine energy transport ,it is particular‐ly important to guarantee the safety of Chinese marine energy transportation .It is of great significance for Chinese energy strategy to establish a marine energy transportation security system and achieve coordina‐ted and efficient operation of the system .This article begins with an overview of current situation of Chi‐nese marine energy sources ,and analyzes the risk factors in the transportation with a view to establishing a transportation security system for Chinese marine energy .Furthermore ,the paper analyzes the respec‐tive functions and their coordinated relationship among the internal subsystems .Finally ,the paper puts forward specific measures from two aspects of internal and external coordination .% 我国海上能源运输面临的风险日趋复杂多变，海上能源运输的安全性显得尤为重要，建立我国海上能源运输安全保障系统并实现保障系统的协调高效运作对我国能源战略具有重要意义。论文基于我国海上能源运输的现状，通过分析我国能源海上运输的风险因素，构建出我国海上能源运输安全保障系统，并进一步剖析保障系统内部子系统各自的职能及其之间协调关系，最后从内部协调和外部协调两个方面提出具体的应对策略。
