In the past decades, great progress has achieved in bone tissue engineering. Regeneration of bone defect was promoted by development of scaffold materials and utility of various stem cells. Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs), as one of available stem cells, have been highly evaluated in the bone tissue engineering. This review summarizes the pros and cons of ADSCs in bone tissue engineering, which focused on cell culture, scaffolds and growth factors, in order to promote the development of ADSCs in bone tissue engineering.%随着骨组织工程研究的不断发展进步，各类种子细胞和支架材料层出不穷，在很大程度上促进了骨组织缺损修复再生技术的成熟。其中，脂肪干细胞凭借其自身的诸多优势，受到越来越广泛的关注，成为骨组织工程研究的热点种子细胞。本文就脂肪干细胞在骨组织工程中的应用作一综述，关注培养模型、支架材料及生长因子等问题，以归纳目前脂肪干细胞在骨组织工程中的研究现状并对其应用前景进行展望。
