本文简述了长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）的概念及其功能，以及目前的研究现状，介绍了当前研究较为透彻的几个lncRNA的功能以及其在肿瘤组织中的表达情况，如H19、MALAT1、MEG3、HOTAIR等。着重分析了在头颈部肿瘤研究领域，lncRNA目前的研究进展，提出lncRNA与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切，存在着广阔的研究空间。%[Absrtact] This paper briefly describes the concept and functions of lncRNA and the current situation of research, intro-duces several functions of lncRNA thoroughly researched at present and their expression in tumor tissues, such as H19, MALAT1, MEG3, HOTAIR, etc. This paper also mainly analyzes the current research progress of lncRNA in the field of head and neck tumors, and proposes that lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors and im-plies a broad research space.
