After years of exploration ,Shengli Oilfield formed a relatively effective performance review system for human re-source management ,but some problems and resistance still exist ,such as unrational review standard ,procedures only focuses on the external ,the result is not fully applied ,the system cannot stimulate the development of enterprise or its staff and it is not closely related to the salary .Shengli Oilfield should base its review system on adequate application ,scientific and objective i-tems ,widely accepted standard and procedure .The review content and procedure should also be improved and the result should be applied .%胜利油田在人力资源管理中,经多年摸索实践形成了一套较为有效的绩效考核模式,但仍存在着一些问题和阻力:考核标准不够科学合理,考核过程流于形式,考核结果应用不充分、无法促进企业和个人发展且与员工薪酬联系程度不够等,应本着考核方法以适用为准则、考核指标确定力求客观科学、考核标准及过程要取得尽量广泛层面的认可的原则,完善考核内容和过程、加强考核结果的应用。
