As a major in a new local undergraduate university, Chinese language and literature confronts a critical issue:how to develop its own characteristic in a setting that school running orientations are convergent. The construction and improvement of the curriculum system should be the focus of characteristic construction. To deal with issues of curriculum and major system in Chinese language and literature, the paper puts forward the concept of“One Base Dimension”.%地方新建本科院校汉语言文学专业在办学定位趋同的环境下，如何办出自己的特色，是该专业建设首先要思考的问题。专业建设的关键是课程体系的建设与完善。针对地方新建院校汉语言文学专业课程设置存在的问题，本文提出“一基四维”的课程体系构想，并对其主要内容进行了阐述。
