目的：观察脂氧素受体激动剂BML-111对巨细胞病毒（HCMV）感染后巨噬细胞表达IFN-β以及IE86 mRNA的影响。方法：用HCMV感染巨噬细胞（MOI＝0．5），设HCMV组、对照组、HCMV＋BML-111组及HCMV＋MP组，在感染后0、1、2、4、8、12 h收集细胞，用RT-PCR法检测IFN-β及IE86 mRNA表达水平。结果：与HCMV组相比，HCMV＋BML-111组IFN-βmRNA升高（P＜0．05），HCMV＋MP组IFN-βmRNA下降；与HCMV组相比，HCMV＋BML-111组IE86 mRNA 无明显差异（P＞0．05），HCMV＋MP 组 IE86 mRNA 升高（P＜0．05）。结论：BML-111在HCMV感染早期通过促进IFN-βmRNA表达发挥抗病毒作用。%Objectives To investigate the effects of lipoxin receptor agonist BML-111 on IFN-βand IE86 mRNA expression of macrophages infected by human cytomegalovirus (HCMV). Methods Macrophages were infected with HCMV (MOI=0.5), and the cultured cells were randomly divided into control group, HCMV group, HCMV+BML-111 group, and HCMV+MP group. The cells were collected at 0,1,2,4,8 and 12 h after infection, and the levels of IFN-βand IE86 mRNA were tested by real-time PCR. Results Compared with HCMV group, the levels of IFN-βmRNA in HCMV+BML-111 group increased significantly (P < 0.05), while the levels of IFN-βmRNA in HCMV+MP group decreased significantly (P < 0.05); Compared with HCMV group, there were no significant differences of the levels of IE86 mRNA in HCMV+BML-111 group (P>0.05), while the levels of IE86 mRNA in HCMV+MP group increased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion BML-111 exerts antiviral activity by promoting the expression of IFN-βmRNA at the early stage of HCMV infection.
