纳入40名患者(20名男性,20名女性),共植入52颗正畸支抗种植体,在植入30 d后对正畸支抗种植体进行负重,分别对正畸支抗种植体周围龈沟液中的IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8质量浓度进行检测,结果发现在不同的时间点IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8的浓度差异存在显著性,说明正畸力对种植体周围的细胞因子具有影响,可能与正畸引起的骨吸收有关.%40 patients,20 males and 20 females,with 52 miniscrews were included.The concentration of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in the gingival crevicular fluid around the miniscrews were measured.The results showed that the concentrations of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 increased during orthodintic tooth movement(P ＜0.05),indicating that orthodontic force had an effect on the cytokines around the miniscrews,which may be related to orthodontic bone resorption.
