Objective: To evaluate the biological safety of Co- Cr alloy fabricated by laser rapid forming ( LRF ) method. Methods: According to the national standards of GB/T 16886. 5-2003, GB/T 16886. 4-2003, GB/T 16886. 12-2005, YY-T0279-1995 and YY-T0244-1996, general cytotoxicity test, hemolysis test, oral mucous membrane irritation test and acute systemic toxicity test were conducted to evaluate the biological safety of the Co-Cr alloy. Results: The LRF Co-Cr alloy showed the cytotoxicity of grade 1 in the extract at the concentration of 10% - 100% , and grade 0 in 1% . The hemolytic rate was lower than 5% . No mucous membrane irritation and no acute systemic toxicity were observed. Conclusion: The LRF Co-Cr alloy has good biological safety.%目的:评价激光快速成形钴铬(LRF Co- Cr)合金的生物安全性.方法:参照国家标准GB/T 16886.5- 2003,GB/T 16886.4- 2003,GB/T 16886.12- 2005以及医药行业标准YY- T0279- 1995、YY- T0244- 1996所规定的方法,分别对该材料进行溶血实验、短期全身毒性实验、细胞毒性实验、口腔黏膜刺激实验.结果:LRF Co- Cr合金无细胞毒性;溶血率小于5%,有良好的血液相容性;对黏膜无刺激性;无短期全身毒性.结论:初步认为激光快速成形钴铬合金具有良好的生物安全性.
