目的：观察涎腺恶性淋巴上皮病中bcl-2 蛋白和EB 病毒潜在膜蛋白(LMP-1)表达与恶性淋巴上皮病的关系。方法：用免疫组化Envison 法检测10 例恶性淋巴上皮病中bcl-2 蛋白和LMP-1 的表达。结果：LMP-1 阳性表达率为80%(8/10)，bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率为70%(7/10)，两种指标的表达率在恶性淋巴上皮病中无明显差别。结论：EB 病毒感染和bcl-2 蛋白阳性表达与恶性淋巴上皮病有关，EB 病毒感染是否是恶性淋巴上皮病的病因有待进一步阐明。%Objective:To study the relationship between malignant lymphoepithelial lesion (MLEL) and bcl-2 protein and latent membrane protein-1(LMP-1) of Esptein Barr virus (EBV) expression.Method:Tissues from 10 cases of malignant lymphoepithelial lesion were examined for the expression of LMP-1 and bcl-2 protein with immunohistochemical technique.Result:Expression of LMP-1 and bcl-2 protein was found in 8 and 7 out of the 10 cases respectively.Conclusion:Both the EBV infection and the expression of bcl-2 protein may play a role in the pathogenesis of MLEL.
