目的：评价Nd-YAG 激光漂白四环素牙的有效性及持续性。方法：采用Nd-YG 激光及漂白糊剂实施诊室漂白及2 周家庭漂白。利用PR-650 测色计CIE Lab表色系对漂白术前及术后1 d，2 周，3 月及6 月的牙齿分别测色，分析牙色的变化。结果：漂白牙齿的平均测色结果显示，术后复查各阶段L均高于术前，与术前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)；b均低于术前，除6 月，术后各阶段与术前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)；a各阶段与术前比较均无显著性差异。色差△E值呈逐渐下降趋势。结论：Nd-YAG 激光漂白四环素牙即刻效果卓越，短期效果明显。%Objective: To evaluate the effect of Nd-YAG laser power bleach on tetracycline stained teeth.Methods: 98 tetracycline stained teeth in 10 individuals were treated. Hi-Lite past and Nd-YAG laser were used for in -office bleaching first, and then bleaching gel was used at home for 2 weeks. Spectra Scan PR-650 and CLE L*a*b* colorsystem were applied to measure the teeth color. Results: 1 d, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after bleaching, △L were 7.287, 7.246, 6.399, 3.497 and 3.129, △a -0.685, 0.669, -0.297, -0.601 and 0.073, △b -4.077, -2.262, -1.485, -1.026 and -0.364, △E 8.378, 7.620, 6.576, 3.694 and 3.151 respectively. 8 out of the 10 subjects were satisfied with the treatment.Conclusion: Nd-YAG laser power bleach is effective in the treatment of tetracycline stained teeth, the improved teeth color may be kept for 3～6 months after 2week bleaching.
