Objective:To explore the application effect of night tracing management model in night nursing of neurology department . Methods:A total of 79 patients of neurology department in our hospital from February in 2014 to February in 2015 were selected as the con-trol group to provide the traditional nursing management model .A total of 79 patients of neurology in our hospital from March in 2015 to March in 2016 were selected as the research group to improve the traditional nursing mode and add the management of the night tracing . The satisfaction rate of the two groups of nursing services ,the incidence of nocturnal adverse events ,and the quality of nursing staff in the two years were compared .Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nocturnal adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).In the second year,nurses scored significantly higher than those in the first year in terms of safety protection measures ,nursing re-cords,night visits,basic nursing and critical illness monitoring (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of night tracing management model in the neurology department can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing service ,the quality of night nursing ,and reduce the incidence of nighttime adverse events .%目的:探讨夜间追查管理模式在神经内科夜间护理中的应用效果.方法:选择2014年2月～2015年2月我院79例神经内科患者作为对照组,提供传统护理管理模式;选择2015年3月～2016年3月我院79例神经内科患者作为研究组,改进传统护理模式,增加夜间追查管理.比较两组护理服务满意度、夜间不良事件发生率、护理人员两年度夜间护理质量情况.结果:研究组护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组夜间护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).第二年度护士对夜间护理工作中的安全保护措施、护理文书记录、夜间巡视、基础护理及危重患者病情监测等指标评分均高于第一年度(P<0.05).结论:在神经内科实施夜间追查管理模式,可有效提高护理服务满意度、夜间护理质量,降低夜间不良事件发生率.
