规范化护士培训评价指标体系的构建

         

摘要

目的:构建规范化护士培训评价指标体系,为科学、客观评价并切实提高规范化护士培训质量提供对策和依据。方法:在文献回顾、理论分析、卫生主管部门培训目标的基础上初步拟定评价指标体系框架,运用Delphi法对四川省不同领域的22名护理专家进行3轮问卷函询。结果:建立的规范化护士培训评价指标包括培训人员状况、培训条件、培训过程、培训效果4项一级指标(权重分别为0.2215、0.1231、0.1986、0.4568)和8项二级指标、24项三级指标。结论:专家的积极性、权威程度和专家意见的集中程度都较高,规范化护士培训评价指标体系的建立对加强规范化护士培训建设、确保规范化护士培训的效果和质量、促进培训的持续改进提供有效的方法和依据。%Objective:To construct an evaluation index system of standardized nurse training in order to provide basis and countermeas-ures for scientific and objective evaluation and improvement of the quality of standardized nursing training. Methods:The framework of e-valuation index system was constructed based on the literature review,theoretical analysis and the training objectives of department of health,and 3 rounds questionnaire inquiry was made by using Delphi method to investigate 22 nursing experts in Sichuan province. Re-sults:The constructed evaluation index system included status of personnel,training conditions,process of training and training effect (the first level,weights were 0. 221 5,0. 123 1,0. 198 6 and 0. 456 8)and 8 second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes. Conclu-sion:The construction of evaluation index system can provide effective method and basis for strengthening standardized training of nurses, ensuring the effect and quality of the training and promoting the continuous improvement.
