Objective:To investigate the application value of case management model in nursing care of breast cancer patients. Methods:65 patients diagnosed of breast cancer by pathology(May 2010 to April 2011)were taken as the control group and other 65 breast cancer patients diagnosed by pathology(May 2011 to April 2012)were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group were giv-en routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally provided case management,the satisfaction rate and treatment compliance of the patients and the rate of loss to follow - up were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate and treatment compliance of the patients were significantly higher and better and the rate of loss to follow - up was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the case management model can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and the quality of life of the patients as well.%目的：探讨个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者护理中的应用价值。方法：将2010年5月～2011年4月在我院病理确诊的65例乳腺癌患者作为对照组，将2011年5月～2012年4月病理确诊的65例患者作为观察组，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组则在常规护理措施基础上给予个案管理，比较分析两组患者的满意度、治疗依从性以及失访率。结果：观察组在满意度、治疗依从性和失访率方面明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：个案管理模式可以有效地提高护理质量和患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
