Objective:To explore the application effect of tracking methodology in the management of patients with pressure ulcer.Meth-ods:229 patients with pressure sore (reported from Jan.to Dec.2013)in the department of internal medicine were taken as the control group;other 234 patients (reported from Jan.to Dec.2014)in the department of internal medicine were taken as the observation group. The routine nursing management of pressure sore was implemented in the control group and the tracking methodology in the management of patients with pressure sore was adopted in the observation group.The incidence and treatment of pressure sore,acquired and inevitable pressure sore were compared between the two groups before and after implementation of the management.Results:The incidence of ac-quired pressure sore in hospital was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P <0.05);the cure rate was higher in the observation group than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Application of tracking methodology can improve the ability of clini-cal nurses in the management of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer and it is one of the effective methods in the prevention and control of pressure ulcer.%目的：探讨追踪管理法在压疮患者管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1～12月内科系统普通病房报告的229例压疮患者为对照组，2014年1～12月内科系统病房报告的压疮患者234例为观察组，对照组采用常规压疮护理管理，观察组采用追踪管理法，比较两组实施管理前后压疮发生情况、压疮治疗情况及获得性压疮、难免压疮、院外带入压疮构成情况。结果：观察组医院获得性压疮发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05），观察组压疮治愈率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：追踪管理法提高了临床护士对压疮高危患者及压疮患者的管理能力，是压疮防治的有效管理手段。
