目的：探讨原发性肝癌患者照顾者应对方式与心理状态的相关性。方法：采用问卷的调查方式调查272名原发性肝癌患者照顾者的应对方式及心理状态，并分析其相关性。结果：原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者积极应对与消极应对均值显著高于常模（P﹤0.01）；SAS量表总分及正向分均值明显高于常模（P﹤0.01），而负向分均值明显低于常模（P﹤0.01）；SDS量表标准得分明显高于常模（P﹤0.01）；家庭收入和教育程度与消极应对方式均呈负相关（P﹤0.05，P﹤0.01）；SAS总分、正向得分、SDS标准分与消极应对方式呈显著性正相关（ P﹤0.01）。结论：原发性肝癌患者家庭照顾者的应对方式较消极，其大部分处于焦虑及抑郁状态，故护理人员应引导照顾者采取有利于健康的应对方式。%Objective:To probe into the relationship between coping style and mental state of caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the coping style and mental state of 272 caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results:The mean value of positive and negative coping style of the caregivers was significantly higher than the norm(P﹤0. 01);the scores of SAS and mean positive scores were significantly higher than the norm(P﹤0. 01);the mean negative scores were significantly lower than the norm(P﹤0. 01);the scores of SDS were significantly higher than the normal(P﹤0. 01);the family income and education level were negatively correlated with negative coping style(P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01);the total scores of SAS and SDS and positive scores showed positive correlation with negative coping style(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:The coping style of caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer is negative and most of the caregivers are in the state of anxiety and de-pression,so the nursing staff should guide the caregivers to take healthy coping style.
