Objective:To investigate the effect of the extended nursing care on the quality of life of patients With laparoscopic myomecto_my. Methods:25 discharged patients(from June to December 2O12)Who received surgical treatment for uterine fibroids Were taKen as the control group;other 25 patients(from January to June 2O13)undergoing surgery for uterine fibroids Were taKen as the observation group. The patients in both groups Were treated With laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia. The patients in the control group Were given routine discharged nursing care and the patients in the observation group Were additionally given the extended nursing care after dis_charge. The BISF — W and NHP Were used to evaluate and compare the sexual life and quality of life of the patients in the tWo groups be_fore nursing care and after nursing care for 3 months. Results:There Were not statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of each item of BISF — W and NHP betWeen the tWo groups before nursing care(P > O. O5);the scores of each item of BISF — W and NHP Were significantly superior in the observation group to the control group after nursing intervention for 3 months(P < O. O5). Con_clusions:The extended nursing care for the discharged patients With laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively improve the sexual life and quality of life of the patients.%目的：探讨延续护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者性生活和生活质量的影响。方法：选取2O12年6~12月收治的25例子宫肌瘤出院患者作为对照组，选取2O13年1~6月收治的25例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组，两组均在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术，其中对照组给予出院常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施延续护理。应用女性性功能评价表（BISF — W）和诺丁汉健康量表（NHP），比较两组护理前、护理3个月后患者的性生活和生活质量。结果：两组患者的 BISF — W 和 NHP 各项评分在护理前比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞ O. O5）；护理干预3个月后观察组 BISF — W 和 NHP 各项评分明显优于对照组（ P ＜O. O5）。结论：对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术出院患者实施延续护理，可有效提高患者的性生活和生活质量，值得在妇科应用。
