目的：探讨双轨道互动健康教育在社区糖尿病（ DM）患者中的应用方法。方法：将110例社区DM患者随机分为干预组和对照组各55例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上对患者及家属进行双轨道健康教育，观察比较两组血糖控制情况。结果：干预组患者血糖控制率明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：对社区DM患者实施双轨互动健康教育能提高其生活质量和保健意识，值得推广应用。%Objective:To explore the methods of application of the two -way interactive health education to patients with diabetes in community.Methods:110 patients with diabetes in community were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group (55 cases in each group ) .The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the two -way interactive health education was conducted to the patients and their families in the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing care .The control of blood glucose level was ob-served and compared between the two groups .Results:The rate of blood glucose control was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Implementation of the two -way interactive health education can improve the quality of life and health awareness of the patients with diabetes in community .
