异形超高层筒体先行工况下梁板钢筋预埋技术

         

摘要

In order to ensure the construction accuracy of embedded reinforcing bars in horizontal structure, stents device in civil construction measurement and the control method of vertical walls are adopted in the climbing formwork system, which ensures the accuracy of horizontal embedded reinforcing bars.And location stirrups in beams are also used to ensure the stability of embedded steel bars, and the project reserves the practice of walls construction in accordance with the code for the anchorage length of steel bars.According to the mentioned code, the method suggests a way of how to embed them in the protective layer of concrete, then fill rubber with it to ensure the convenience of the subsequent steel bars chisel construction in the horizontal structure while bending the reinforcing bars.%为保证水平结构钢筋预埋施工精度,利用爬模体系中测量的支架装置及控制墙体竖向变形的方法来确保水平向钢筋的预埋准确性;利用梁钢筋定位箍筋来保证预埋钢筋的稳定性;利用按照规范要求的钢筋锚固长度预留墙体的施工做法,将预埋钢筋弯曲后,将其预埋在钢筋的保护层之内,保护层内填充橡塑,以便于后期水平结构施工钢筋剔凿.
