Effective implementation of claim management depends on some aspects, including the recognition of interference inci- dents, reasonable identification of claim principles and methods, handling, collection and preservation of valid data, drafting and submission of claim report, reasonable negotiation and confirmation. The characteristics of the construction project lead to an urgent need to strengthen the claim management. Appropriate claims ensure the economic benefits and the social reputation of construction enterprises.
