中职教师的素养,指教师的知识结构,能力结构和职业态度。本文以惠州商业学校为个案,围绕中等职业学校教师的人文素养、教育技术素养、职业道德素养展开了调查,揭示出中职学校对教师素养重视不够;中职教师对教师素养的认识模糊;中职教师素养提高的保障机制尚未形成等几方面的问题,提出了具体的应对建议,藉此加强人们对中职教师素养培养的重视。%The quality of the secondary teachers,to show the teacher knowledge structure,ability structure and professional attitude.This article takes the Huizhou business school as a case study,within the secondary vocational schools around the humanistic quality education teachers,technical qualities,professional moral accomplishment on the investigation,to reveal the secondary school teachers do not pay enough attention to quality;Secondary teachers to the understanding of the teachers' literacy fuzzy;Secondary teachers' quality improvement of security mechanism to wait for a few problems,and put forward the concrete measures,through the strengthening of secondary teachers' literacy training people's attention.
